For two weekends only, Humphrey Homes is opening the doors to our latest project before the owners move in — a City Beach residence that offers a contemporary take on modernist architecture.
Inspired by City Beach’s iconic Games Village homes, which were in turn influenced by the legendary Case Study Houses of the 1950s and ‘60s, this low-slung, single-level residence is all about clean lines, natural materials and effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
Deliberately unassuming from the street, it opens up to an extroverted 567sqm home that embraces the northern aspect with all rooms enjoying a garden outlook. Rich timbers, expansive glass, and striking stonework are complemented by artworks from Linton & Kay Galleries.
