The Medical Students’ Association of Notre Dame warmly invites you to our signature event of the year: the MSAND Gala Ball on Saturday, 16th August 2025.Set for the first time within the grandeur of the newly refurbished Montgomery Hall, join us for an evening that blends shared dining, live music, and recognition of the outstanding achievements within the community of our medical school.
🎻 Enjoy ambient sounds as curated by your peers, with a DJ set to finish the night.
🎓 We look forward to announcing the Educator of the Year and Student of the Year awards, celebrating individuals whose dedication and spirit make a lasting difference to our learning, growth, and community.
🍽️ Dining has been thoughtfully curated by Ginger & Pear Graze, known for their beautifully crafted menus showcasing fresh, seasonal produce.
🍾 Drinks have been selected from Veuve, Grant Burge, Penfolds, Gage Roads and Coopers – with a tasteful variety of hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages also on offer.
While we gather as a medical community, this celebration is open and welcoming to all — partners and friends are especially encouraged to attend. Whether you’re part of the UNDF medicine community, or simply wish to share in the occasion, we would be delighted by your company.
MSAND acknowledges the current cost of living and financial difficulty faced by those within and outside of the medical school. For that reason, all tickets come with a payment plan option - simply select the ticket option within the rubric link.

Tickets: capped at 170 tickets, sales close Sunday the 10th of August
