We'll gather in circle and I'll guide you on a journey through your body—descending from your mind, through your heart, and into your womb space. This isn't just visualization; we're doing energetic work to clear bioenergetic blocks that keep you disconnected from this powerful center.

What we'll do:

• Open circle and set intentions together
• Guided body scan and descent into the womb
• Clear blocks in each energy center that prevent you from fully dropping in
• Awaken your womb's voice, wisdom, and creative power
• Integration and sharing circle

This is a foundational practice—simple, potent, and accessible. You don't need any experience with womb work to be here. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.

This ceremony is for you if:
