On 30th May I’ll be hosting a small, intimate Women’s Circle — a space to slow down, reconnect, and take some time just for you ✨
During our 2 hours together, we’ll explore:
• Somatic yoga
• Lymphatic drainage techniques
• Seasonal Ayurveda guidance
• Crystal sound bath
• Time to chat, plus tea & biscuits
