Are you newly diagnosed, waiting to be diagnosed, or navigating ADHD for years? Welcome to WAVE, a support group for women who identify with having ADHD. This is a warm, welcoming space to connect with other women monthly.

It's a place to chat, relax, and learn more about who you are. Most importantly, it's all about connections.

What makes this group special is that it is run FREE of charge by counsellors local to the area, who are personally connected to ADHD in one way or another.
