Pop in for a relaxed, informal STOPTOBER drop-in and find out how your body and wellbeing can benefit from cutting down or stopping smoking.

Maybe you've thought about quitting.

Or maybe you're simply curious about what happens when you stop.

This is a chance to ask questions, get some honest information and find out about the free support available through Smokefree Hampshire.☕

Smokefree Hampshire provides free stop smoking support for eligible people, including in-person drop-in, telephone and online support, as well as a range of quit aids.

So pop in, grab a coffee, have a chat and discover what your next small step could look like.
