Join us for an evening intentionally designed to honor rest as sacred, resistance, and renewal. Rooted in womanist theology and wisdom, this gathering affirms that our bodies, stories, and breath matter, and that rest is not a luxury, but a spiritual practice woven into survival, healing, and joy. In a world that constantly demands our labor and resilience, we gather to reclaim rest as holy ground.Through fellowship, creativity, mindfulness, and gentle movement, we will create space to slow down, listen inward, and be restored in community. Together, we will practice presence, tend to our bodies with care, and remember that we are worthy of softness, beauty, and ease. This evening is an invitation to lay down what is heavy and to be held, by one another and by the Sacred.
