Introducing a 3-part Womanhood Workshop Series at He Sapa Studio — an intimate circle exploring the archetypes of Maiden, Mother, and Crone through story, reflection, and creative expression.This is not a formal presentation.
This is a gathering. A place for honesty, shared wisdom, and intergenerational conversation guided gently by Anna Malena, Certified Nurse Midwife & Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Starr Paul Spearfish-based Poet, who carry experience in women’s health, storytelling, and poetic embodiment.
Each session focuses on one archetype at a time (the first being a focus on the Maiden experience), offering:
Grounding & gentle arrival
Story-based guidance (not lecture-style)
Conversation circles for discussing, sharing & listening
Followed by creative writing.
A supportive, informal space to explore where you’ve been… and where you’re going.
Discussions may lead to conversations on sexuality, transitions, cultural expectations, and body awareness.
