With a B.A. in Psychology, Masterโs in Education, and an Associate Certified Coach credential in Health and Wellness, Melissa specializes in guiding individuals from states of overwhelm and burnout to sustainable resilience and growth. Her evidence-based approach combines practical strategies with compassionate guidance, helping audiences develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and lasting life balance. Based in Belle Fourche with her husband, she brings warmth, authenticity, and actionable insights to every presentation.
