About this Event
Summary
Learning to rest without guilt.
Description
Many of us were taught that rest must be earned, justified, or minimized. In this session, we look at why slowing down can feel uncomfortable and how constant doing becomes a survival pattern rather than a choice.
This meeting supports reconnecting with rest as a basic human need, not a reward or weakness.
You will explore:
- Why rest often triggers guilt or anxiety
- The difference between exhaustion and true rest
- How to allow pauses without self-judgment
