Roti Mami - Iftar 25/02

join us for a cosy evening where we’ll be hosting iftar and breaking fast together. we’ll be sharing stories, food and a little insight into this culture, all around the table.

the menu will be bangladeshi food, created by rez, the founder of roti mami. many of the dishes are inspired by the iftars she spent with her family in east london and are very close to her heart. everything is cooked with care and meant to be shared.

expect a generous, family-style feast with eight delicious dishes, from comforting slow-cooked classics to fresh, vibrant salads, finished with a beautiful dessert. the evening will be paired with thoughtfully selected drinks by Bouche, chosen to complement each part of the meal.

throughout the evening, music will be playing on vinyl, with an incredible selection curated by the habibi funk team, setting the tone while we eat, talk and unwind.

this evening is intended as a women and women-identifying space. we’re creating an environment that feels safe, respectful and comfortable during this spiritual time. there will also be a designated space available for prayer for anyone who wishes to use it.

this is about slowing down, eating well and being together. we’re really excited to share this evening with you.
