Open Leadership Dojo

The Open Leadership Dojo is an experiential, embodied leadership session designed for leaders who want to pause, reconnect, and work with their real, current leadership challenges in a supportive group setting.

The session begins with a guided bodywork exercise to help you arrive, ground yourself, and transition out of the workday. One or two participants will then have the opportunity to explore a current leadership challenge, facilitated in depth. The group contributes reflections, emotions, and experiences, creating collective learning and insight. The evening closes with a short bodyhack and checkout.

Using embodiment techniques, the Open Leadership Dojo supports leaders in reconnecting with their leadership purpose, strengthening presence, and developing greater resilience and focus.
