Wollongong Comedy has been bringing laughs to the Illawarra since 2006. With 18 years of experience running Comedy nights and events, Marty and Stu have learned the art of putting on a great show.
Wollongong Comedy is bringing a lineup show to the Kazador featuring: Chris Radburn, Liam McCann, Marty Henchion & Natalie May.
Chris Radburn is undoubtedly one of Australia's best and most sought after comedians. Chris is one of only a handful of Australian comedians that has the ability to successfully perform at any type of venue or private event.
For the past 20 years this charismatic Aussie comedian and his observational comedy have become extremely popular at comedy rooms and festivals all over Australia and internationally
Liam McCann has been performing stand-up since 2010. Fired up and highly opinionated, he hit the ground running, getting runner-up in the 20122 Class Clown NSW State Final at only 17. He has since grown into his anger, examining issues big and small with a critical eye.
Liam’s perspectives are unique - his viewpoints are so out of left field, he practically lives there. With a mix of social commentary, everyday observations, and philosophical musings, Liam’s insightful wit has earned him spots at the Sydney Fringe Festival and the Sydney Comedy Festival. He hopes to pursue a career in stand-up so he will never earn enough to cross the HECS repayment threshold.
Irishman Marty Henchion is a bit of a local legend with a microphone! Marty has been entertaining the Illawarra since 2006, Marty can be heard hosting trivia, on the local ABC comedy panel but it’s on the stage where Marty is at his funniest.
Natalie May has been a ventriloquist since the age of 12 and toured the world her whole life making kids and adults laugh. After a brief hiatus due to getting a divorce AND covid (how rude is that) - she’s back with a brand new naughty adult show (also picked herself up a new hubby along the way!). As seen on a stage or TV screen near you, nominated for 10 national performing awards, Natalie takes the old school act of ventriloquism cool again.
