Experienced in nature among the soulful hearts of horses, you will find your way back to your true essence.What to expect:
You will lie in a comfortable position on a yoga mat. Bolsters will be available to put under your knees for additional comfort. You can bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket if that will make you feel more comfortable. We will provide outdoor area rugs to put your mats on. The horses will be very close but not on top of you 😊 …. just over the fence.
You will simply relax, close your eyes and enjoy the experience. You don’t need to think about anything, you can just be.
Expert sound healer Darci Sinnott of Purple Sage Wellness will play several different singing bowls, chimes and a gong. At the end of the session, Darci will guide you back to awareness before concluding the sound bath.
