If you answered yes to any of the above questions, this is the workshop for you! Together we will explore the realm of power animals, also known as spirit animals.
During this workshop you will...
Hear about spirit animals and ways that they can enrich your life.
Engage in a meditation guided and supported by me and the herd.
Discover your personal spirit animal(s).
Research some characteristics of your spirit animal(s).
Set an intention for how you will incorporate your spirit animal(s) into your life.
Hold the sacred space of possibility for yourself and others who share our circle.
Engage in a Ring of Fire Ceremony to release what no longer serves you.
Declare your intention(s) for the New Year that includes your spirit animal(s).
Enjoy some chat time and refreshments with like-minded women.
What you need...
A journal or notebook to record your experience during the workshop.
Clothing for outdoor weather.
I recommend sunscreen, light clothing layers and a hat.Closed toe shoes or boots for safety around the horses.
Curiosity and an open mind!
I will provide...
Resource materials.
Water, drinks, and nutritious snacks.
A special gift to enhance your work with your spirit animal(s).
