🌕 Experience the Magic of the Wolf Moon at LLELA! 🌕Join us for a captivating evening under the light of January’s Wolf Moon as we trek one of LLELA’s serene trails after dark. This is your chance to explore the preserve in a whole new way and learn about the fascinating lore behind the Wolf Moon.
🐺 Did you know? Wolves are more likely to howl during the winter to communicate, bond with their pack, and defend their territory. While we don’t have wolves at LLELA, we might catch a glimpse—or hear the sounds—of other nocturnal wildlife during our hike!

⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Where: LLELA Nature Preserve
💲 Cost: $15 per person
👤 Who: Ages 5 and up are welcome!
Space is limited, and pre-registration is required through the Amilia app or website, the link can be found on LLELA.org under our events page.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the beauty and mystery of LLELA after dark.
This is an after hours event. The entry/exit gate is programmed to automatically close at 5:00 PM in the winter, so a staff member will guide you into the park upon check in and guide you out when the hike is finished. If for any reason you cannot stay the entire duration of the hike, please communicate with the guiding staff members.
