Wolf & Lion x Saje Natural Wellness - Fashion Valley

This collaboration between Wolf & Lion x Saje Natural Wellness - Fashion Valley is a three-part yoga series to help expand your sense of self and improve overall wellness. Our first class will take place on September 8th, we will be focusing on Attunement.

We will start grounding and 'attune' to our bodies with breath & powerful affirmations. The Flow will consist of an all levels vinyasa class to generate heat and strength, with deep stretching, and followed with an aroma infused savasana/resting pose.

Saje Natural Wellness essential oils will be used throughout our time together to elevate and enhance the experience.

Note: Our November 10th, final class in the three-part series will take place in the plaza between Forever 21 and Bloomingdale's here at the Fashion Valley Mall. We will begin at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:00 am with the private shopping experience at Saje Natural Wellness located next to Macy's from 10:30 am to 11:00 am .
