This spring, Megan Wilson, creator of Within Women, is offering a series of in-person workshops for heart-led female entrepreneurs who want to feel regulated, clear, and rooted in who they truly are.

Within Women is a leadership-based workshop experience focused on nervous system awareness, embodied presence, and intentional living. It is designed for women building meaningful work who understand that sustainable impact begins within.

This workshop focuses on emotional processing — in the body, not just the mind.

Most high-capacity women are skilled at thinking through their emotions.

Few are taught how to move them through.

When emotion doesn’t complete its cycle, it stays in the body.

In this experiential session, you will learn how to process emotion in real time so it doesn’t become stored tension or recurring story.

Through guided breathwork followed by a sound bath integration, your system is given space to release, recalibrate, and return to presence.
