Join Joy Deva Baglio, D. M. Gordon and Jesse Sterling Harrison for an evening of folkloric poetry and prose:
- for Harrison's anthologized short story, "Rootmother"
- for Gordon's realizations of Charles Leland's 19th-century manuscript Witch Ballades, found languishing in the archives of the Philadelphia Museum
- and come prepared to be bewitched by Joy Deva Baglio, who might unveil a sea-witch from her mermaid novel, How to Survive on Land, or maybe not. Baglio warns that witches are slippery. She doesn't know who might be summoned—come find out.
