Join us to explore the repeated persecution of women accused of witchcraft during England’s turbulent social upheavals. Discover how the invention of the printing press, the rise of scientific thought, the shift from herbal traditions to formal medicine, and the political chaos of the English Civil War fueled these tragic events.

Where talks are shown as **SOLD OUT** we do operate a waiting list so please enquire if you are interested in attending.

For all talks please remember to pay in advance (includes entry to the museum) or if a season ticket holder to bring your season ticket to show at reception and let us know in good time if you cannot attend so we may be able to reallocate your place to someone else.
