Wise Women's Wellness: MAIDEN

In this workshop we celebrate the MAIDEN! This part of the Wise Women's Wellness series at Woods Apothecary, we welcome girls as they blossom into young women!

A perfect time to honor our youth as spring emerges!

Empowering maidens with tools on how to gracefully navigate the changes and cycles of life. We gather for a maidens circle to share stories and celebrate with song, tea and snacks, as well as educate and discuss the myriad of topics from starting menses, cramps, hormonal shifts, mood, feminine products, anatomy/physiology to social constructs and so much more! Mother daughter teams are welcome as well as solo sisters.

We will go over how to support our bodies optimal health with herbs, nutrition, self care techniques, movement and many strategies on well-being.

All participants will leave with a special tea blend tailored to thier needs, handouts with recipes, tools for self care, knowledge, resources and a sense of support on the sacred jouney of the divine feminine.
