What if the path to healing and wholeness begins not with striving, but with surrender?
This summer, join Yvonne for a series of Wisdom Circles inspired by Richard Rohr's powerful book Breathing Under Water: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps. Rohr reveals the profound connections between the wisdom of Christian spirituality and the transformative practice of the Twelve Steps, showing how both point toward a path of awakening, humility, healing, and grace.
Together we will explore how to move beyond living primarily from the thinking mind into Three-Centered Awareness—a deeper way of being that includes the wisdom of the head, heart, and body. Through contemplative practice and sacred conversation, we will cultivate greater presence, compassion, and spiritual freedom.
Each gathering will include contemplative practices such as:
• Centering Prayer, meditation, or sacred silence
• Lectio Divina (sacred reading)
• Reflective discussion and shared wisdom
• Practices that support embodied presence and spiritual awakening
No prior experience with the Twelve Steps is required. These circles are open to anyone seeking a deeper spiritual life, greater self-awareness, and a supportive community for inner transformation.
Whether you are familiar with Rohr's work, drawn to contemplative spirituality, or simply longing to live with greater authenticity and presence, you are warmly welcome.

July 8, 15, 29 (note no gathering on July 22)
