Bathe in the ancient Vedic teachings discussed by our renowned guest speakers, to remind us of the true meaning of life, followed by Kirtan Meditation to end the evening.

Studio108 is that safe and relaxed environment where you can venture within, reconnect with your higher self and find peace of mind. We begin the session with mindfulness exercises, breath-works and mantra meditation 🍃🧘🏾‍♂️

Dinner Feast! 🍽️😋

Wisdom Wednesday is a party of joy and wisdom. You can't have a party without good food. So we end our event with a spiritual, homemade, veggie/vegan feast 🍔🍱🥤!!
