In all trade industries, we constantly hear about โworkforce shortageโ, specifically the automotive technology industry. Instead of concerning themselves with this workforce shortage issue, Tenise and Weston Chapman decided to take matters into their own hands.
Camp DRIVE was created in 2023 to help kids discover their passion through hands on experiences. Tenise will share with attendees her passion for giving back to the community and how Camp DRIVE has kickstarted a movement in the Automotive Industry throughout the United States.

Tenise Chapman is the co-owner of Black Hills Tire with her husband, Weston and she is a driving force behind the companyโs deep commitment to community. Known for her heart-forward leadership, Tenise has built a business rooted in trust, service, and genuine connection. Her passion for giving back has become a defining part of the Black Hills Tire brand, inspiring creative and meaningful ways to support the community that has supported Black Hills Tire.
Whether sheโs organizing local charity drives, championing programs for families in need, or finding hands-on ways for her team to make a difference, Tenise believes that a successful business doesnโt just serve customers, it strengthens the community around it. Her innovative approach to community engagement has made Black Hills Tire not just a place to buy tires, but a respected partner in the Black Hills region.
Teniseโs dedication, authenticity, and generous spirit continue to set the tone for her shop. She leads with gratitude, gives with intention, and shows every day that community impact is not just something you talk about, itโs something you build together to make a lasting impact.
Outside of Black Hills Tire, you can find her and Weston hiking throughout the Hills with their beloved Bernadoodles, Bee & Bel.

Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. Weโll kick off the luncheon with networking and our 30-second speed networking, followed by lunch, and our spotlight speaker.
Regular Ticket Price: $26 (Ends April 10 @ 12 PM)

Wisdom, Innovation, Networking (WIN) is an organization under the SD CEO Women's Business Center for women in business that provides an opportunity to widen their professional networks, promote their business or organization, and network with other women. WIN connects women, familiarizes participants with other businesses and/or upcoming events, and supports the SD CEO Women's Business Center.
