This high energy, full-day event offers the region an inspiring lineup of nationally recognized presenters covering a range of personal and professional growth topics—including resilience, work-life balance, mindset, teamwork, leadership, and unlocking potential. 2026 Speaker Lineup:
Joel Zeff (EmCee and 2024 DOE speaker): The master of TA DA is back as this year’s Emcee! Joel is a force of nature, a catalyst for change, and a master of turning mundane events into unforgettable experiences. Electrifying audiences across the nation for over two decades, Joel has a unique blend of improvisational comedy, business acumen, and contagious enthusiasm.
Paul Long: Creator of Fundamism, Paul challenges you to find fulfillment beyond the unusual measure of success. His message delivers tactical strategies, energizing humor, and serious results for culture, retention and engagement.
