3:00 PM – 3:20 PM Check-In & Culture Briefing
Hand out numbers. Short parent/player meeting to set expectations (intrinsic drive, elite standard).
3:20 PM – 3:40 PM Dynamic Warm-Up & Long Toss
Combined dynamic warm-up.
3:40 PM – 4:00 PM Speed & Agility Testing Running Evaluation: Timed Home-to-First and Home-to-Home sprints.
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Skill Evaluation Stations
4 Stations x 30 Minutes. Groups rotate on the whistle.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Live Scrimmage /
Pitchers & Catchers
Pitchers and Catchers move to bullpens for specific evaluations. Remaining position players participate in a live situational scrimmage.
