WINTERING: A seasonal day retreat

A day of warmth, ritual and winter magic with Molly and Aisling at the Tone Temple.

As the days grow shorter and the earth draws her energy deep into the roots, we are invited to do the same. To soften our pace, gather close and listen for the quiet wisdom that can only be heard in stillness.

Join us within the candlelit sanctuary of the Tone Temple for a deeply nourishing journey through movement, ceremony, sound and rest.

We will begin by gathering in circle for a warming cacao ceremony with Holly plant essence. An ancient evergreen, Holly carries the medicine of protection, resilience and the spark of life that remains glowing through the darkest part of the year.

From here, Aisling will guide us into a somatic movement and gentle yoga flow, allowing the body to release, unfurl and return to its natural rhythm. We will then journey inwards through savasana and the steady heartbeat of the shamanic drum.

After sharing a nourishing seasonal lunch, we will gather around the table to weave our own winter smudge sticks from beautiful herbs and botanicals. Each bundle will become a small piece of seasonal magic to carry home, created with your own hands and intentions.

As afternoon fades towards evening, you will be held through restorative yoga and Reiki before surrendering into an immersive crystal sound bath with Molly. A final space to rest deeply, receive and allow the sounds to carry you beyond the noise of the everyday.

There will be time to move, make, feast, dream and simply be.
