About this Event
Winter invites us to slow down, quiet the noise, and tend to what’s stirring beneath the surface. This 3-week Yoga Nidra series offers a sacred pause—a gentle space to release the weight of the year and reconnect with the wisdom living inside you.
During each session, you’ll experience:

A restorative journey that supports nervous system regulation, stress release, and full-body renewal.

Guided meditation that invites clarity, intuitive insight, and emotional grounding.

Moments to reconnect with your breath, your truth, and the parts of yourself you may have set aside.
Expect cozy, grounded, soul-nourishing space with warm blankets, slow breaths, poetic cues, and permission to simply be. No experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to rest and receive.

Week 1: Rest- A Soft Landing

We invite a soft landing into the season—an unhurried space where you slow down, breathe deeply, and allow your whole self to exhale. This opening session invites your body to unwind, your mind to settle, and your spirit to shift out of urgency. Through gentle breathing, grounding cues, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, you’ll create the inner spaciousness needed for winter’s wisdom to unfold.
Week 2: Listen - Hearing What's True
Info: A quiet turning inward. This session guides you beneath the surface to hear the truths, whispers, and wisdom rising from within. Through body awareness, breath, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll attune to the parts of you that are often drowned out by noise and pace. This is a week of clarity, noticing, and intimate inner honesty—an invitation to truly listen to yourself.
Week 3: Return - Rising Renewed
Info: A gentle emergence. This final session supports you in carrying forward what winter has revealed—returning to yourself with renewed steadiness, softness, and clarity. Through Yoga Nidra and reflective integration, you’ll anchor the insights of the journey and emerge grounded, restored, and ready to rise into the next chapter with intention.
