Session Overview and Details
Info: Session 1- Intro to Med Diet & Health Benefits; learn the elements of the Mediterranean Lifestyle and the associated health benefits
Session 2- Gardening Fun with Fruits & Veggies; spend time in the Urban Farm learning about the importance of fruits and vegetables
Session 3- All about Fats; learn about unsaturated fats and participate in an olive oil taste test
Session 4- Power Up with Protein; learn hoe to incorporate protein into the Med Diet especially plant based protein
Session 5- Familiar Flavors; wrap up the series by learning how to apply the Med Diet principles to your favorite cuisine flavors. All sessions include recipe sampling!
