We're back! Dates are set for another Dogsledding CME adventure in Ely MN. The link below will bring you to Wintergreen's site with more information. The curriculum is evolving, but so far includes;-Tickborne disease with emphasis on emerging conditions such as alpha-gal syndrome and Powassan virus.
-Arthropod Illnesses; West Nile Virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis and complications such as meningitis and encephalitis.
-Animal Bites/dog zoonoses.
-General Approach to the Poisoned Patient.
-Drug Trends. Including newer drugs of abuse such as nitazenes, metetomidine and xylazine. Focus on clinical presentation and treatment considerations.
-Urine Drug Tests. Potentials and Pitfalls. Considerations and applications to various settings, i.e. ED, inpatient, judicial, etc.
-AI Research Tools and Utility in Medicine
-Non-surgical Management of Pain
- Anxiety in Pediatric and Adult Patients
- Depression in Pediatric and Adult Patients
- Physician Well Being
