As the days get shorter and darker there is a call to turn inwards. Winter is a perfect time to nourish our bodies through yin postures.
Join me for a 75 min journey of yin yoga and sound to release tension and invite relaxation for the winter months.
We will begin with a 45 min class of yin followed by a 30 min sound bath with crystal bowls and other soothing instruments.
