Cosmic Kids: Kids Yoga at Lakewood Yoga

Join Kristin, certified Cosmic Kids: Kids Yoga Instructor, weekly at Lakewood Yoga!

Class meets on Sundays from 2:15-starting on April 23.

This class incorporates story telling and adventures to teach kids lessons of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and age-appropriate way.

This class is appropriate for kids ages 3-8 years.

Cost is $5/student.

Parents and caregivers are no cost, and welcome to join, but not required.

Please pre-register your child(ren) at www.lakewoodyogastudio.com.

Parents have the choice of waiting at the studio with their child(ren) or leaving and returning after class.
