Winter woodland yoga adventure for kids and their adults

Welcome to this January outdoor yoga adventure for kids and their adults with Clunie Clouds!

Meet on Sunday January 25, 2025 at 10.30am at Midmar Paddock in the beautiful Hermitage of Braid for a fun yoga session in nature.

Let's use energizing yoga poses to keep warm and breathe in the fresh winter air, discover the magic of the crisp woodlands, dig for hidden gems, listen to the tibetan singing bowl by our campfire and have a picnic! Bring your children to unwind and enjoy being in nature together.....a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection with your loved ones.

We will meet by the tall horse chestnut tree and notice what's happening in nature this season. Here we'll warm up with some fun yoga, and the sun salutations. Then it will be time to start our adventure into the woodlands . Follow the trail to the spot where we'll build our campfire and share hot chocolate. Learn the warrior poses for strength, then dig for treasure!
