✨Enter into a 3 hour cocoon in quiet celebration of the darkest day of the year.We’ll move through gentle somatic practices to sooth the nervous system while entraining the body to its innate receptivity. Rest deeply in supported restorative poses that nurture physiological recovery and attune the system to its inner silence.
Then, move into a complete Yoga Nidra Practice that explores and opens different layers of perception which is both deeply expanding and restful for the brain.
You’ll be guided to utilize this container to connect with and nurture your deepest Sankalpa, an inner seed of the heart that rises within.
Wear layered loose fitted clothing including a warm sweater or shawl.
You’ll need a journal, water bottle, pillow and extra blanket if you like.
