Step into a world of frosty magic at this enchanting family craft workshop, where children and grown-ups can create their very own Mini Winter Witch or Mini Snow Princess! ❄️✨
Using soft winter colours, sparkling fabrics, tiny accessories, and plenty of imagination, you’ll craft a charming character to take home — perfect for storytelling, decorating your room, or adding a touch of winter enchantment to your home.
No crafting experience needed — our friendly tutor will guide families step-by-step as you build, decorate, and personalise your magical miniature character.
All materials are included — just bring your creativity and your winter spirit! ☃️💫

This special family workshop takes place at the National Trust’s historic Hughenden Estate — once home to Victorian Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli and later a top-secret map-making base during WWII. With its woodland charm and wintry beauty, Hughenden is the perfect setting for a magical morning of crafting. 🌲✨

Why not pop into the National Trust Café for a warm drink or tasty treat (not included in your ticket)?
Families can also explore the house and gardens afterwards — free for National Trust members or payable separately for non-members.
🚗 Arrival Details
Please arrive by 10:00 AM and park in the visitors’ car park.
Head to Visitor Reception, where a team member will guide you to the workshop space.
We recommend leaving a little extra time to enjoy the crisp winter surroundings.
