Join us at ilex for an intimate winter evening overlooking the Christchurch Botanic Gardens nursery, where Mike Donaldson from Pegasus Bay Winery will guide you through a curated flight of wines, with each pour paired alongside a seasonal bite from our kitchen.
As the tasting comes to a close, Mike swaps the tasting notes for turntables as DJ Teflon Don, spinning vintage vinyl while you settle in with another glass and soak up the atmosphere.
