Winter Wine Dinner with Wine For The People

Join newly awarded Michelin star restaurant LeRoy and Lewis, and Rae Wilson's Wine For The People for a winter wine pairing dinner. Rae is one our of favorite local wine makers and we are so grateful to be able to host an event with such a talented and passionate creator.

The dinner menu will include a welcome bite and 3 family style courses by Chef Evan LeRoy, followed by a dessert bite by Pastry Chef Meredyth Haas . Welcome wine and bite will begin at 5:30pm.

Welcome Wine- Dandy Bubbles Sparkling Rose

Smoked Butternut Squash Soup, Sage Gremolata, Lemon Oil

1st course- La Valentia Old Vine 2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Marinated Smoked Gulf Shrimp, Bibb Salad, Champagne Vinagrette

2nd course- La Valentia 2020 Carignan

Smoked and Seared Pate de Capagne, Dijonaise, Frisee, Sourdough

3rd course- La Valentia 2021 Dolcetto

Smoked and Braised Short Rib with Beef Bacon, White Bean Puree, Cherry Gastrique

Dessert Bite- Salted Dulce de Leche Chocolate Bar
