We're beyond excited to welcome Liz Cooper, Sommelier and National Sales Director for Fess Parker Winery, who will guide you through this unforgettable evening of wine and food pairing at both of our Austin locations. You’ll have the opportunity to experience two completely different menus with the same exclusive Fess Parker wines!

Greeter Wine (6:30 PM): Sip on a refreshing Grenache Rosé as we welcome you to the evening.
1st Course (7:00 PM): A perfect pairing with the crisp Epiphany Grenache Blanc.
2nd Course: Delight in the Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir—an exquisite balance of bold flavors.
3rd Course: Savor the rich, full-bodied Fess Parker "The Big Easy" for a memorable finish.
4th Course (Dessert): A sweet finale with Fess Parker Riesling—the ideal companion to a decadent dessert.
