This two-week event offers the opportunity to escape winter’s cold and enjoy the endless sun of the southwestern US, all while creating an opportunity to serve those in need of a decent place in which to live. Our Winter Western is a beautiful route, but the beauty is not only in the scenery. It’s an opportunity that connects your riding and fundraising to the families we serve with a volunteer day along the way.
While the cycling attracts many people to our events, most participants quickly learn they’re part of something far grander than just a ride. Join us to learn why.
There is a lot to love on the Bike Adventure’s Winter Western!
What to expect:
*10 days of riding, averaging about 62 miles per day
*One volunteer day in a community along the way
*High temperatures typically average in the 70’s
*Camping and cycling in Joshua Tree National Park
*A finish riding through the unique beauty of the Saguaro National Park
