As part of Paséa Hotel & Spa’s monthly Full Moon Radiant Reset series, guests are invited into a restorative movement and sound experience guided by Be Ü.Using wireless headphones, guests will move through guided somatic movement and breathwork under the moonlight at our outdoor Ocean Lawn event venue, followed by a deeply calming sound bath indoors. This immersive journey is designed to quiet the nervous system, support release, and create a sense of renewal, both individually and through shared presence in community.
Open to all levels and backgrounds, this monthly gathering offers a meaningful pause to slow down, reconnect with the body, and experience calm, clarity, and connection under the energy of the full moon.
Following the event, guests are invited to enjoy a glass of wine or bubbly while exploring a curated selection of spa favorites from Aarna Spa.
