Winter Wellness: Body and Hair Edition

Get ready for ski season with practical tips to help you feel stronger, move better, and protect your hair all winter long.

Join Tara Loveland, PT, DPT of Revitalize Athletics and hairstylist Sara Geist of Growth & Grit Salon for an interactive workshop focused on preparing for winter both on and off the mountain.

Tara will walk you through simple mobility, strength, and warm-up strategies designed to help prepare your body for ski season and reduce your risk of injury. Expect hands-on demonstrations and exercises you can use before and throughout the season to improve movement, build strength, and feel more confident on the slopes.

Sara will share practical winter hair-care strategies, including how to protect your hair from cold, dry weather, combat seasonal dryness, maintain moisture, and adjust your washing routine so you can keep your hair healthy without over-washing during the winter months. She’ll also cover tips specifically for protecting your hair while skiing.

In addition to the workshop, attendees will receive:

• Entry into a giveaway that includes more than $300 in Davines hair care products AND a complimentary physical therapy evaluation valued at $179
• A small sample gift for everyone who attends
• A multi-week ski season strength and mobility program to take home
• A special BOGO offer: buy one ticket and bring a friend for FREE

Come with questions, be ready to move, and leave with simple strategies you can use all winter.

Whether you’re getting ready for ski season, trying to stay active through the colder months, or just want healthier winter hair, this workshop will give you practical tools you can start using right away.
