Down to Earth is hosting our fourth Winter Warmers event: Peeling Away Grief With Compassion with Jen Goodman - Transmuting grief utilising Kinesiology, NLP and Sound Healing.
A workshop utilising complementary therapies to bring about positive change and measurable outcomes to the grieving process.
Here is a message from the amazing Jen Goodman:
"For over 16 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through my work as a kinesiologist, helping them find balance, healing, and a deeper connection with themselves. As a Death Doula, I feel deeply called to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate the sacred journey of dying, death, and grief. I believe that when we create space for honest conversations about loss, we reduce fear, foster compassion, and strengthen our communities. My passion is to increase death and grief literacy by offering gentle education, meaningful support, and opportunities for people to approach life's most profound transitions with greater understanding, courage, and connection."
