Experience a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation, where you can detach from the routines, stressors and demands of everyday life and the holiday season and heal from disease and disharmony. This immersive experience combines the guided relaxation techniques of Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. No props needed; just bring a yoga mat. Come early to visit LaBelle Lights before class, and a glass of wine in our Americus Restaurant can be added to your registration to enjoy after your class concludes!

This immersive experience combines the guided relaxation techniques of Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As you lie comfortably, you will be guided through a series of verbal cues and visualizations, gently easing your mind into a state of profound relaxation with Yoga Nidra. You will then bathe in the soothing rhythmic sounds of the crystal singing bowls. You’ll leave this class feeling cleansed of your worries, back in alignment with your true self and with a sense of clarity on how to navigate this busy season.

• Dining: We recommend dining at our Americus Restaurant before or after the event; reservations are highly suggested!

Join us after your class by upgrading your class registration to include a glass of LaBelle wine in our on-site Americus Restaurant after class! Your choice of select wines are available with pre-purchased glass. We also recommend dinner in Americus to go with your wine following your class. Reservations in advance are encouraged, with a recommended reservation time of 7:15pm.

About the Instructor: Yoga classes are led by Professional Instructors from Collective Studios of Londonderry.

Event and Registration Details:

• Class takes place from 6-7pm in the upstairs Harvest Room at our Derry location. Glass of Wine add-on will be served in our downstairs Americus restaurant.
• Advance registration is required. Registration closes 2 hours before class.
• Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. No other equipment required.
• Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.

• All Ticket purchases are Non-Refundable.
• Value of Tickets may be transferred to another LaBelle Public Event up until 10 days prior to this event. No transfers are permitted within 10 days prior to the event.
