Come join Aly for another fun Kids/Family yoga workshop! This time we are exploring the season of giving and gratitude. We will practice a meditation on this theme, move our bodies in playful ways and explore making various yoga shapes. This will be a pick-your-own-adventure for the kids, they will choose the poses! We will read a very sweet story all about giving that leads nicely into a game to get the kids moving again. We’ll end with some partner poses that parents and kids get to do together (always the kid favorite). At the end the kids receive a little gift of their own to take home!
