On the longest night of the year, we invite you to immerse yourself in transformative All-Night Gong Puja at Breeze. The Gong Puja is a sacred sound meditation that facilitates deep healing, and renewal through the powerful vibrations of gongs. Nest into your cocoon of comfort, let the resonant frequencies wash over you, and emerge with a sense of purpose and inner healing with this soul-nourishing event.
Gong Puja’s were created by Yogi Bajan and Don Conreaux, a puja consists of 10 consecutive gong sessions and lasts around 7.5 hrs.(equivalent to 10 x 45min back to back gong baths) which is said to be a complete sound journey for shifting blockages and bringing in divine, powerful healing.
During the puja participants will sleep or rest in a meditative state as the gongs are continuously played at a low level throughout the night, creating a nurturing soundscape for healing on all levels—physical, mental, and emotional.
