Don your sequins and prepare to vinyasa flow to classic disco tunes. Fatma will guide you through a fun-filled sequence, ensuring you start the festive month the way you mean to go on - with movement, laughter, glitter, disco lights and music! What better way to start the party season than with a yoga party workshop?!
Following the frivolity, you will be guided through a decompressing yin session to generate rest and rejuvenation after the ‘party’.
The workshop will end with a deep sound meditation, using the crystalline alchemy bowls, so that you leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the Festive period. Not to be missed!
