Mindy will guide you through a gentle restorative yoga practice that flows into a soothing yoga nidra and sound bath—inviting you to release, reset, and welcome the return of the light.We’ll then share in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a warm and grounding ritual to honor the turning of the season and set intentions for the months ahead.
