The Winter Solstice is the time when we celebrate the longest night of the year. This is the time when we look within and find the things that help us feel warm and cozy during those cold nights. This is the perfect time for self reflection and taking the time to slow down. Join Anita for a flow all about self refection and calm. We will end class with a meditation to help us slow down and look within ourselves. Tea and snacks will follow class. Feel free to bring a snack if you’d like. Class is accessible to all levels.
