Join Laura for our annual Self-Care Sunday Winter seasonal retreat on January 12, 2025 from 10:00AM-5:30PM.
WINTER ILLUMINATION RETREAT: A day long retreat to refresh your Mind, Body, & Soul with the changing of the season. Our day will begin with a Coffee and Crystals Breakfast Workshop focusing on New Year Intention Setting with Crystal Grids and then 2025 Lunar Diary Planning, followed by a Winter Foraging hike at Mellow Park, lunch, an seasonal Art Journaling Workshop workshop, Winter Wellness and the benefits of Cacao, lastly our day will conclude with a Somatic Restorative Yoga class and Chakra Clearing Guided Meditation set to the sounds of crystal singing bowls.
