Winter Solstice Yoga & Sound Bath

As we welcome the Winter Solstice, this gentle yoga and sound bath experience offers a grounding space to pause, exhale, and soften into the stillness of the season. Through slow, mindful movement, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your breath and your body—creating spaciousness for reflection, presence, and inner quiet.

Our practice will explore the symbolic shift into winter: a time for turning inward, conserving energy, and honoring the wisdom that comes from rest. Gentle postures, restorative shapes, and intentional pacing will support your nervous system in releasing tension and settling into a sense of calm.

We’ll close with a deeply immersive sound bath, inviting the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments to help you unwind, reset, and realign. You’ll leave feeling nourished, centered, and more attuned to the rhythms within and around you—carrying the season’s invitation to slow down into the days ahead.
